Join Bex and Elise of HAF HOME for MELT, an afternoon dedicated to restoring the body, soothing the senses and settling the soul.
 
THE WHAT: A unique yoga workshop combining restorative yoga, mindful candle-making and sound bathing 
THE WHEN: Saturday 23rd November 2024. 2.30pm - 6.30pm
THE WHERE: Samya Studios, North London
THE WHY: The busy-ness of the festive season, the end of year reports, holiday shopping and never ending socials, it's a lot! And leaves most of us burnt out. Enter MELT, the perfect antidote to the rush. Instead of spending the last few weeks of 2024 never off your feet, we invite you to prioritise and nurture your wellbeing - gift yourself some time to slow down, pause and let go. We'll move through a 90 minute restorative yoga practice, before indulging our senses with a 90 minute candle-making workshop (all materials provided) - where you'll finish with a custom-blended candle for you to keep, before winding down with a 60 minute soothing sound journey. Snacks and goody-bags also provided.  
 
WHAT’S INCLUDED:

90 minute guided candle-making workshop, all materials provided - we will make  a custom scented candle each (mixed and named by yourself as you desire), to keep or to gift, you decide!
60 minute soundbath

BOOKING:
The cost is £125.00 per person - to book, please reserve your space via the HAF website. Space is limited, so early booking is advised to avoid disappointment. Please do not hesitate to come alone as MELT is a space created for all to feel welcome. Regrettably tickets are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to gift your ticket to a loved one.
